1- NECESSARY CLOTHING:

  • Waterproof

  • Underwear and socks for each day, plus an extra change.

  • 1 tracksuit

  • 1 Visor or hat to protect yourself from the sun

But normally you need:

4 - DRESSING CASE

  • Gel and Shampoo

  • Hair comb

  • Toothbrush and toothpaste

  • Tissues

  • Insect repellent

  • Plasters



5 - FORBIDDEN TO BRING


Too much clothing, jewelry or valuables that could break, more money than the organizers recommend, radios, video games, makeup, etc.
